All our machines come with a one year warranty. During this period Phoenix One Vending is responsible for technical support and repair at no charges.

The warranty covers replacement of spare parts found defective. It is not granted for all moving parts and removable handles, lamps, glass parts and rubber, accessories, consumable and external components on which the consumer can take action.

If you purchased equipment from Phoenix One Vending, please note that warranty does not apply in case:

>   Failures and breakage caused by transport

>   Failures to load water (where applicable)

>   Neglect of use and poor maintenance

>   Repair operations performed by not skilled personnel

>   Fire, flood, electrostatic discharge caused by lightning or other phenomena outside

>  Lime-scale built up in the pipes
